Biographical Description
In the Visual Arts, I have been creating since I was very young. However, I consider my coming of age as an artist to have occurred after I finished college. No more lessons to guide subject matter and structure design. I feel my real creativity began to flow in 1996 when I painted the first piece that resides in my current collection of personal art. My style is in earth tones and earth textures coupled with a movement theory of extended line contours that influenced me from the work of DuChamp in his wing of the Philadelphia Museum Of Art.
My subject matter is human emotion and states of being.

In Music, I was classically trained on trumpet and placed in competition orchestras in div. 8 of the PA school system until 1991 when I shifted focus to guitar. On guitar I am self taught and well fit to the way it's shapes become chords and the notes offer themselves on the neck. I picked up guitar very quickly and have been involved in working bands since 1993 performing rock and funk-based material.
Presently I perform solo work and with a collective called Nightshade Elixir.
